What You’ll Do
• Design clean, modern graphics for social media, email campaigns, educational materials, and firm presentations.
• Create visual assets that make immigration information accessible, inclusive, and easy to understand.
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns that highlight client success stories, community outreach, and legal updates.
• Prepare production-ready files for both digital distribution and print.
• Ensure brand consistency while pushing for fresh, modern design approaches.
• Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, HR, and others in the marketing team to maintain a cohesive, human-centered brand identity.
• Manage multiple projects with efficiency and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring
• Visual Communication,



or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of design experience— legal, nonprofit, or service-driven industries
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a bonus.
• A portfolio showcasing clean, modern design and strong visual storytelling
• Ability to simplify complex topics into intuitive, user-friendly graphics.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A passion for creating inclusive and culturally sensitive visual content.

Nice-to-Haves
• Basic Spanish skills, bi-lingual is a plus.
• Motion graphics or short-form video editing skills.
• Experience creating infographics or educational visuals.
• Photography or illustration experience.
• Understand multilingual design considerations.
