Role Mission.
As a Mechanical & Product Documentation Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, industrialization, and lifecycle management of mechanical components and products, with a strong focus on aluminum components and manufacturing processes such as die casting and ejection molding. You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that mechanical designs are functional, manufacturable, cost-effective, and properly documented throughout the product lifecycle.





Main Activities.
• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies, including aluminum parts, considering functionality, manufacturability, industrialization, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Create and maintain 3D models, drawings, and technical documentation using CAD software.
• Apply knowledge of aluminum part design and manufacturing processes, particularly die casting and ejection molding, to develop robust and manufacturable product designs.
• Support the design and development of components considering Design of Manufacturability (DFM) and production requirements.
• Conduct and support mechanical design validation, including prototype evaluation, testing, and technical analysis.
• Coordinate the introduction of new part numbers, product structures, technical documentation, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
