We are looking for a Production Supervisor to support manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead high-performing teams within a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily production management activities to ensure operational continuity, safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Apply and promote the Donaldson Manufacturing System across the operation.
• Monitor, analyze, and ensure compliance with operational KPIs.
• Utilize PDCA methodology to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Develop and implement tactical production plans aligned with operational objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardized work implementation.
• Coordinate shop floor activities while ensuring compliance with production and quality standards.
• Lead personnel development, coaching, and training initiatives for production teams.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing processes
• Experience managing production personnel and shop floor operations, with strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of waste analysis and process optimization.
• Experience in staff training and development.
• Familiarity with shop floor management systems and production control documentation.
• Strong experience in process engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF standards
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
