As part of the User Insights team, you will become the empathy expert by becoming the voice of our users to improve and build on all of the experiences that our brand provides. You will be responsible for gathering and transforming information into actionable insights that will inform the creation of new initiatives, improvements in the user experience, strategy definition, and other core business decisions.

You will be responsible for uncovering user motivations, behaviours, culture, and interactions across our product and service ecosystem.

Responsibilities
• Provide Marketing, Product, Operations, and other business teams with actionable and holistic insights that balance user needs with business goals and objectives.
• Design and execute effective qualitative research plans that address user and business objectives, challenging the status quo of internal teams and inspiring forward-thinking solutions.
• Lead qualitative research projects end-to-end, including research design, recruitment, moderation, analysis, synthesis, and presentation of findings.




• Extract insights through diverse qualitative methods, including 1:1 interviews, focus groups, ethnographies, concept testing, communications testing, and other generative and evaluative methodologies.
• Apply Artificial Intelligence to research workflows to streamline processes, improve efficiency, accelerate analysis and synthesis, and identify new ways of generating insights.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, providing clear visibility into expectations, timelines, and research milestones.

Qualifications

Minimum
• Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving, with a high degree of agency and autonomy while providing timely visibility on status and roadblocks.
• At least 5 years of experience in qualitative research, with hands-on experience designing and executing end-to-end research projects.
