Location: Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. Onsite, with occasional travel to the US for events (not remote, not located in the United States).

About the Role
This position is based onsite in Tijuana, B.C., Mexico, with active representation at industry events and forums in the US and Mexico. We are looking for a Marketing & Public Relations Specialist focused on two priorities: building strategic relationships that position NAC in the market, and generating qualified leads through events, digital campaigns, and brand activations.
If you have public relations experience, know how to generate leads, represent brands with confidence in executive settings, and are fully bilingual, this role is for you.

What You Will Do
Build and maintain relationships with prospects, media, strategic partners, and key accounts in the US, Mexico, and LATAM
Represent the NAC brand at events, trade shows, expos, and industry forums, including booth coordination,



collateral, and post-event follow-up
Generate qualified leads through event activations, digital campaigns, and direct outreach
Plan and execute email marketing and social media campaigns focused on lead capture
Develop and maintain communication and sales materials: presentations, one-pagers, press releases, and bilingual content
Report lead capture, brand reach, and campaign performance to the Director

Requirements (in order of importance)
Bilingual English-Spanish, advanced spoken and written in both languages. This is mandatory.
Valid US visa. Required for travel to events and to NAC's offices in the US.
Ability to work onsite in Tijuana, B.C., Mexico
2+ years of experience in public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field
Proven experience representing a brand at events, trade shows, or professional forums
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with prospects
