Call Center Manager | Outbound Appointment Setting (Remote – LATAM)
Nova NRG is hiring a remote Call Center Manager to own and scale our outbound appointment setting operation focused on South Florida homeowners. You'll lead our team of Appointment Setters, run the dialer and lead strategy, keep the operation compliant, and deliver a steady pipeline of qualified appointments that turn into closed deals for our in-home sales team in Florida.

What you'll be doing
• Owning call center targets: appointments set, show rate, and conversion to closed deals
• Hiring, training, and onboarding new Appointment Setters
• Setting daily and weekly KPIs and holding the team accountable
• Monitoring live and recorded calls for quality and script adherence
• Managing auto-dialer campaigns, calling windows, and lead lists
• Refining scripts, call flows, and objection-handling playbooks
• Auditing CRM entries for accurate notes and call outcomes
• Coordinating with the Florida sales team on appointment quality and no-shows
• Managing schedules, attendance, and team performance




• Reporting results to US leadership daily and weekly

What we're looking for
• 2+ years of outbound call center or phone sales experience for US clients
• 1+ year as a team lead, supervisor, or manager of outbound callers
• Experience with solar, home improvement, or appointment setting is a must
• Experience with auto-dialers and CRM systems
• Advanced English fluency (bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred)
• Reliable high-speed internet, backup connection, and quiet work setup
• Full-time availability
