Description

The Head of Talent Acquisition will build and lead the function responsible for bringing exceptional engineering, data science, clinical, and business talent to Verily. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will own the global talent strategy, system architecture, workforce planning alignment, and employer brand strategy that will enable us to deliver on a mission of more personalized and precise healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a talent acquisition function that supports Verily's hiring needs across engineering, clinical, and business teams.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive leadership roles,



partnering directly with Verily’s C-suite on sourcing strategy and candidate selection.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and HR Business Partners on org design and talent management.
• Partner with Marketing to design and refine employer branding initiatives that position Verily as a destination for top talent in health tech.
• Lead and mentor a general recruiting team, setting standards for best-in-class candidate experience and talent acquisition best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles (software engineering, data science, or machine learning) at a technology or health tech company.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
