Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Manufacturing Termination Engineer III for our Manufacturing facility in Tijuana, MX . The role will be responsible for engineering ownership, process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of thick-film termination processes supporting a broad range of ceramic electronic component configurations.
JTI has over thirty years' experience specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of high-quality Power and RF ceramic chip capacitors, inductors, and Integrated Passive Components into the integral electronics market.
Yearly Salary (Exempt): $125,000 - $140,000

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Materials Science/Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry,



or a closely related technical field required.
Minimum of five (5) years of process or manufacturing engineering experience in electronic ceramics, passive components, thick-film metallization, hybrid electronics, or a related high-temperature materials process; exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered based on technical strength
Demonstrated hands-on engineering experience in manufacturing/process development, including structured troubleshooting, experimental work, technical documentation, and implementation of process improvements.
Proficient in communicating and writing, Bilingual English/Spanish.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
Preferred EDuCATION AND Experience
Master's degree in Materials Science/Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry,
Direct experience with termination pastes, rheology, furnace
