About the Role
As a People Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting employee experience and labor relations within a manufacturing environment.
You will partner with leaders, employees, and employee representatives to promote compliant, effective, and people-focused HR practices while contributing to a positive workplace culture.
This position is idóneo for an HR professional with strong labor relations expertise who enjoys balancing operational execution with employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
What You Will Do
• Labor Relations: Support employee and labor relations activities, including interactions with employee representatives and adherence to collective labor agreements.
• Employee Relations: Guide and support disciplinary processes,
employee cases, workplace investigations, and performance-related actions in accordance with company policies and local legislation.
• Compliance & Governance: Coordinate labor compliance activities and support audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
• HR Partnership: Advise managers on employee lifecycle processes, workforce matters, and people-related decisions.
• Workforce Analytics: Monitor and analyze HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and workforce trends to support data-driven decisions.
• Employee Experience: Contribute to initiatives that enhance engagement, communication, and a positive employee experience across the organization.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, documentation, and ways of working within the site.
