The Manager, Facilities oversees the day-to-day facilities operations of the site, ensuring a safe, reliable, compliant, sustainable and cost-effective working environment. The role is responsible for facility services, building and equipment maintenance,



space planning, vendor and contractor management, and facilities-related projects.

The position leads the local Facilities team and partners closely with site leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure facilities infrastructure and services effectively support business operations. The role also supports Thermo Fisher Scientific's environmental sustainability and net-zero objectives through effective management of energy, utilities, building systems, infrastructure, capital investments and facilities-related environmental initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day Facilities operations, including building services, planned maintenance and repair, security, cleaning and other site services.
Lead, coach and develop the local Facilities team, establishing clear priorities and performance expectations.
Manage external vendors and contractors and ensure contracted services meet agreed
