About the role
What you need to know:
Actively contribute to an appraisal team focused on providing excellent service to policyholders and clients, work as a team, constantly motivating continuous improvement, effectively supervise repair shops under your charge, develop strategies to achieve desired service levels (NPS), define challenging objectives aligned with the department's objectives and actively work to meet them.
