About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead a national commercial organization and drive sustainable business growth across Mexico in the marking and codification industry.
This leadership role is responsible for delivering revenue and profitability targets, developing and executing commercial strategies, leading high-performing sales teams, and ensuring excellence in key account management, pipeline development, forecasting, and commercial operations.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the organization's growth agenda while fostering a culture of accountability, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute the commercial strategy to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability objectives.
Lead and inspire a national sales organization focused on delivering outstanding customer outcomes and business performance.




Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion within existing and prospective customer segments.
Establish performance metrics, operating rhythms, and accountability mechanisms to ensure consistent execution.

Strategic Account Leadership
Lead and develop teams responsible for managing national accounts and global account managers.
Provide direction, coaching, and support to drive account growth, customer retention, and strategic relationship development.
Ensure alignment of account strategies with broader business objectives.
Partner with key integral, regional and local stakeholders to support complex opportunities and customer initiatives.

Commercial Performance & P&L; Management
• Own the commercial P&L; and drive profitable growth across the business.
• Monitor business performance and implement actions to achieve revenue, margin, and
operating objectives.
