~ Proven experience developing and executing Influencer Marketing strategies for categories such as Fashion, Beauty, Luxury, Wellness, Hospitality, Travel, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, and Consumer Brands.
~ Experience managing large-scale Influencer Marketing budgets, ideally exceeding $8M MXN annually.
~ Strong knowledge of the Lifestyle influencer ecosystem in Mexico, including creators, celebrities, KOLs, talent managers,



and management agencies.
~ Experience selecting talent based on brand affinity, audience, lifestyle, engagement, content quality, relevance, performance, and brand safety.
~ Strong experience developing creative briefs, storytelling, content territories, campaign formats, and creator deliverables.
~ Proven ability to negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, exclusivity, usage rights, cancellations, and commercial terms.
~ Experience developing and managing UGC programs, including creator sourcing, contracting, usage rights, content production, approvals, and delivery.
~ Experience developing creator-led events, launches, trips, experiences, product seedings, and brand activations.
