POSITION SUMMARY
Supports the Program Manager in achieving Program targets, GPMS execution and Customer deliverables, as well as to facilitate communication between Global and Regional BU, manufacturing and Functional Groups.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support Program Managers to achieve Program objectives, milestones, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate GPMS Activity and support tasks completion among Manufacturing and Functional Groups.
• Track program schedules, open issues, action items, engineering changes, and launch activities.
• Monitor program metrics, timing, project risks,
and customer satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate customer visits to Manufacturing facilities.
• Prepare Program Status reports and presentations for management.
• Coordinate and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Transfer activities of Production Lines
• Support other projects, tasks and/or duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Degree Requirements:
Industrial Engineering
Certification Requirements:
N/A
Previous Experience:
Desired: Broad, thorough knowledge business principles ideally in Manufacturing, Engineering and/or Program Coordinator
Preferred: 3 years Integral Business experience in Automotive Industry.

Average (as needed)
Language:
Spanish/English (Japanese will be plus)
Software:
Microsoft Office. Intermediate/Advanced Excel.
On Call Requirements:
Overtime as required
