The Workforce Development (WD) Specialist – Training & Documentation Administration develops, maintains, and improves educational materials. They also improve documentation processes that support workforce preparation and adherence to requirements.



This role combines training program administration, technical writing, data analysis, project management, and collaborator engagement to ensure team members have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to succeed. The adecuado candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable employing AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and program outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain training curricula, learning resources, certification requirements, and assessments to support workforce readiness and compliance
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, manage documentation updates, and support operational priorities
• Build, review, and govern established operational guidelines, work instructions, training materials, and related controlled documentation
• Analyze training and operational data to develop dashboards, metrics, reports, and insights for
