Responsibilities

About the role:
This department is responsible of receive, analyze, and answer credit operations on stablished time and manner, always following the policy and quality criteria.



This role is also in charge of finding proper solutions to document verification, insurance and purchasing requests from the dealers and help them to ensure the correct delivery of the credit requests.
In this role you will:
• Provide dealers with assistance regarding credit applications, analysis, and purchasing inquiries via email and phone.
• Maintain full knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
• Deliver daily reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with risk and fraud policies.
• Maintain call handling times within established targets.

Qualifications
What makes You an idóneo candidate?
• Intermediate/Advanced English skills (will be evaluated during interview).
• Customer Service experience (telephone support).
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
