Procurement Lead MexicoPOSITION OVERVIEW
In this role, you will manage the industrial procurement process for the following sites: Coatzacoalcos, Guadalajara, San Juan del Río, and Corporate.



You will establish negotiation strategies for cost control that result in savings for the company and reduction of risks inherent to trade; complying with Indovinya’s policies and procedures while ensuring optimal safety costs, quality, and delivery times.

ROLE
• Establish guidelines and responsibilities for acquiring industrial materials, equipment, and services.
• Define negotiation strategies to control expenses and generate company savings.
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure proper execution of the procurement process.
• Lead and provide coaching and development support to direct reports.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders.

AUTHORITY
• Approval of purchase orders in Oracle according to the Indovinya Delegation of Authority (DOA).
• Design and modify the functions of the Procurement team.
• Authority to stop any product or service that puts at risk the quality, legality, and safety of products, as well as any activity that puts at risk the physical integrity of people, the environment, and/or facilities.
