Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Lead the People agenda for the Warehouse operation, partnering closely with the Site Leadership Team to translate business priorities into effective people strategies and solutions. The role is accountable for the end-to-end people agenda,



including organizational effectiveness, talent, leadership, workforce planning, employee engagement, labor relations, and people productivity, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company standards

Your Impact

As HR Ops Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of …

• Business Partnership: Act as the primary People partner for the Warehouse Site Leader and leadership team, providing strategic advice and challenging business decisions through a people lens.

• People Strategy: Translate business priorities into a clear site People agenda, ensuring alignment with broader Supply Chain and People strategies.

• Organization Effectiveness: Drive organizational design, workforce structure, spans and layers, role clarity, and productivity initiatives to ensure the organization is fit for purpose.

• Talent & Leadership: Lead talent management, succession planning, performance managemen
