About the Role
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading manufacturing engineering activities to support production performance, process optimization, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, engineering changes,



and productivity improvements while providing technical leadership to engineering and production teams. The position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, supporting business objectives, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
• Leading and supervising Manufacturing Engineers to ensure compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and manufacturing standards.
• Developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, automation systems, and standardized work instructions.
• Identifying and executing cost reduction, productivity improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Supporting problem-solving activities through PFMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA), SPC, and stat
