Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Lead Corporate Accountant to work directly with the Owner/CEO in managing the financial operations of multiple business entities and real estate holdings.
This is a senior-level, hands-on bookkeeping position designed for an autonomous financial professional who can independently manage day-to-day accounting while providing executive leadership with clear, accurate financial visibility to support strategic business decisions.
The idóneo candidate has strong expertise in QuickBooks, property management accounting systems like DoorLoop or similar property management software, and prior bookkeeping experience with healthcare businesses, medical practices, medical spas, or similar service-based companies. In this role, you will handle full-cycle accounting, manage multi-company financial operations, maintain strict confidentiality, and collaborate closely with CPAs, payroll companies, banks, property managers, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Bookkeeping & Accounting• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and maintain accurate general ledgers and charts of accounts for multiple business entities.
• Maintain up-to-date accounting records using QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
• Categorize and perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, loans, lines of credit, and intercompany accounts.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including reviewing/entering vendor invoices, proper expense classification, and tracking outstanding receivables.
• Record owner contributions, distributions, intercompany loans, and transfers between related entities.
• Conduct monthly and year-end account reconciliations, research accounting errors, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
