The AR Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Accounts Receivable team, with a primary concentration on invoicing and managing customer billing activity. This position is responsible for ensuring invoices and supporting documentation are submitted accurately and timely, monitoring invoice statuses, and communicating billing issues to the appropriate AR team members for resolution.





Key Responsibilities
● Process and submit customer invoices through various 4PL and customer-specific billing portals, including MercuryGate, ServiceChannel, Cass, and other designated systems.
● Accurately enter all required billing information, including invoice numbers, invoice dates, freight charges, accessorial charges, reference numbers, and other customer-required information.
● Verify that invoice amounts and billing details submitted through customer portals accurately match internal billing records.
● Upload all required supporting documentation, including customer invoices, Proofs of Delivery (PODs), Bills of Lading (BOLs), receipts, accessorial documentation, and other required shipment records.
● Confirm successful invoice submission and, when available, verify that invoices have been received or accepted within the customer's portal.
● Monitor invoice statuses within 4PL portals and identify invoices
