Operations Finance Analyst – Mexicali, MX

We have an opportunity for an Operations Finance Analyst to join our Mexicali, MX site and support plant leadership through financial analysis and reporting. This role reports to the West Coast Manufacturing Finance Manager and assists with financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for Mexicali operations, helping connect operational activity with financial results.
The Operations Finance Analyst provides day-to-day financial support, analysis, and reporting that helps the plants manage costs, monitor performance,



and make informed decisions. The role partners with operations team to translate production, labor, and inventory activity into clear financial insights.

You will:
• Support the West Coast Manufacturing Finance Manager with monthly close activities, including variance analysis, accruals, and performance reporting
• Prepare and analyze cost, productivity, and margin metrics, highlighting key drivers and explaining operational impacts
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to track labor efficiency, material usage, scrap, and overhead performance
• Assist with plant forecasting and budgeting activities, including AOP and rolling forecasts, aligned with production and volume assumptions
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports to support plant leadership reviews and operating rhythms
• Analyze inventory performance, including turns, E&O;, absorption impacts, and reconciliation of Annex 24 balances to SA
