How You'll Make An Impact

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client specifications and sales strategy.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings with the project team.
- Create and review local sales support strategies aligned with general direction.
- Ensure all competitive proposals reflect current market conditions and client context.
- Contribute to risk review processes in line with company policies.




- Develop technical descriptions of products and electrical solutions for proposals.
- Estimate costs and prepare final proposal documentation with accuracy.
- Serve as the key technical resource during client meetings and negotiations.
- Support product and solution presentations, including training-related offers.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Power Systems or Electrotechnical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power equipment, systems, and solutions, including high-voltage applications.
- Experience in application engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Proven ability to work with customers in both technical and commercial environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency
