Role Description: This is a full-time, remote Business Development – SaaS / AI role. The position focuses on identifying and qualifying prospects for Holdfast Intelligence’s SaaS and AI-driven market intelligence solutions, nurturing leads and converting them into long-term client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, building and managing a sales pipeline, preparing tailored proposals, and collaborating with product and analytics teams to align offerings with client needs.

The role also involves presenting solutions to decision-makers, supporting contract negotiations, and contributing to business planning and revenue forecasts. The team member will help refine go-to-market strategies, gather feedback from clients,



and support continuous improvement of services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess markets, interpret data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to develop strategies, build forecasts, and support sustainable revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to present SaaS / AI solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to maintain long-term client relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or AI-driven products, particularly in market intelligence, analytics, or customer experience solutions.
- Comfort working in an international environment; proficiency in English or Spanish required; additional languages (such as French or Portuguese) are an advantage.
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work remote collaborate in small teams, and adapt in a fast-evolving boutique environment.
