Sales Manager Huejotzingo, Puebla, Mexico Mexico & North America Domestic & International Travel Reports to: General Director USA-Tech is looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead the commercial development of our N-type solar cells in Mexico and international markets, with a strong focus on North America . This is a key commercial role with the opportunity to build the sales pipeline from the ground up, develop strategic customers and secure recurring and long-term supply agreements that support the growth of our manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Mexico and international markets. Build a qualified pipeline targeting solar module manufacturers and strategic industrial customers . Lead the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation and closing. Develop commercial opportunities under direct cell supply and toll manufacturing of customer-consigned wafers . Negotiate pricing, volumes, payment terms and supply agreements. Develop strategic accounts and long-term customer relationships. Coordinate customer qualification, technical evaluations, factory audits and approved vendor onboarding . Manage CRM, pipeline and evidence-based sales forecasts. Work closely with Finance, Legal, Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Foreign Trade. Support commercial activities related to USMCA, tariffs,



trade remedies and supply-chain traceability . Represent USA-Tech at customer meetings, trade shows and industry events. What We're Looking For 5+ years of B2 B sales, business development or strategic account management experience. Proven track record of customer acquisition and sales closing. Experience in solar PV, semiconductors, industrial technology or manufacturing is highly valued. Experience selling technical products to manufacturers. International sales experience, particularly with U. S. and Canadian customers . Strong negotiation, pricing, margin analysis and forecasting skills. Knowledge of international trade, Incoterms and logistics. Strong CRM, Excel and presentation skills. Native/fully professional Spanish + advanced/fully professional English. Availability for frequent domestic and international travel. Valid passport and ability to obtain/maintain U. S. business travel authorization. Preferred Experience with recurring or multi-year supply agreements . Established relationships with procurement, sourcing, supply-chain or commercial leaders at North American solar module manufacturers . Familiarity with USMCA, U. S. tariffs, AD/CVD and supply-chain compliance . Experience implementing or improving a CRM system. Experience building and leading a sales team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
