About the Role

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Marketing Sales Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Marketing and Sales teams. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate management of leads, tour reporting, performance tracking, and operational processes that directly contribute to business success.

This position is adecuado for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and providing exceptional operational support in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, prepare, analyze, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly Marketing and Sales reports.
Monitor performance metrics, lead generation activities, tour tracking, and operational KPIs.
Create, validate, and audit leads within company systems, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Conduct research and review guest and member profiles to ensure accurate lead processing and qualification.
Provide administrative and operational support to Marketing, Sales, and Tour Reception teams.
Maintain and update process documentation, operational manuals, policies, flowcharts, and departmental communications.
Coordinate internal events such as recognition programs, teambuilding activities, contests, training sessions, and special initiatives.
Audit marketing materials, collateral, and workstation inventory to ensure compliance with company standards.
Collaborate closely with local and corporate teams to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.
Partner with vendors and suppliers for event coordination, marketing materials,



and operational needs.
Serve as a key point of contact between Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Contracts, and Administrative teams.

What Were Looking For

Experience in operations, administration, marketing support, sales support, business analysis, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Experience working with reports, databases, and performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the hospitality, vacation ownership, tourism, or timeshare industry.
Knowledge of CRM platforms and lead management processes.
Experience coordinating projects, events, or operational initiatives.
Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
