Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Web Design Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes and core components a build pipeline can execute with precision.
In this remote role (Latin America), you ship cross-client component libraries, document systems for developers, and ensure rigor across diverse brands while aligning with US business hours when needed.
