Key Responsibilities

Localized Content & Social Media Management:

1.1. Manage and grow official brand accounts across key social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter).

1.2. Plan and produce engaging, high-converting content (text, image, short video) tailored to local culture, holidays, and consumer preferences.

User & Community Operations:

2.1. Build and maintain local user communities on platforms such as WhatsApp, Discord, or Telegram.

2.2. Engage with users, handle inquiries, gather product feedback, and foster community loyalty.

KOL/KOC Marketing & Local Partnerships:

3.1. Identify, pitch, and collaborate with relevant local influencers (KOLs/KOCs) and brand partners.

3.2. Execute influencer campaigns from end to end and track return on investment (ROI).

Campaign Planning & Data Analytics:

4.1. Design and execute localized online promotional campaigns to boost user acquisition, retention, and conversion.

4.2. Track and analyze key performance metrics regularly to optimize operational strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Language Proficiency & Cultural Understanding:

1.1. Native or near-native fluency in the target market language(s) (e.g., English, Spanish, Indonesian, Arabic)



with exceptional cross-cultural communication skills.

1.2. Extensive living, studying, or working experience in the target market, with deep insights into local consumer behavior and social media culture.

Relevant Experience

2.1. 1–3+ years of experience in overseas operations, social media management, cross-border e-commerce, or global expansion projects.

2.2. Proven track record in growing social accounts, driving viral content, or scaling community channels.

Remote Work Competency

3.1. Strong self-management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

3.2. Proficient with modern remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana).

3.3. Flexible and comfortable working across different time zones when necessary.
