Job Description:
Hyatt is seeking a Sales & Events Systems Training Specialist to lead the implementation, training, and adoption of Envision and other hotel sales and event management systems across Hyatt Inclusive Collection hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual and onsite training for hotel Sales & Events teams.
Support implementation, configuration, and adoption of sales systems such as Envision and Delphi.
Develop training materials, presentations, and instructional videos.
Collaborate with hotel sales leaders, general managers, and general implementation teams.
Manage multiple deployment projects and support operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of hotel experience in Group Sales and Events Management.
Experience with hotel sales applications and their business impact.
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel 50 75% as required.
