In the Retail Post Production position, you’ll handle post-production projects globally. This is a role where you’ll partner with a North American team in pursuit of awesome advertising content for Broadcast, web, radio and beyond. You’ll collaborate directly with our Executive Post Producer, principal production people (Stakeholders), and in-house editors and sound designers (Production teams) to schedule and deliver work at a consistent rate.

Our ideal candidate is a fast, adaptable go-getter who takes initiative, jumps on new opportunities, and is a natural problem solver. You’re organized,



technically minded, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and able to manage multiple projects at once. You don’t mind getting into the details, including repetitive or high-volume tasks that help keep a busy post-production operation running smoothly.

• You’ll define delivery schedules for projects and secure deadlines.
• You’ll review new requests from clients and internal teams to pinpoint what needs to get done and when.
• You’ll help build the right team and resource plan for every task.
• You’ll schedule our people and oversee the post-production process from start to finish.
