- Location: 100% Remote – open to candidates residing in Latin America (expats welcome)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (40 hours/week)

Job Summary
We are hiring a Patient Outreach Specialist to make outbound calls for a US-based healthcare client. You will contact patients from client-provided call lists, hold clear and professional conversations, follow up when needed, and document every call. If you have call center, outbound calling, or customer service experience and want a stable, full-time remote job in healthcare, this role is a strong fit.
Core Responsibilities
- Outbound Patient Calls: Make daily outbound calls to patients using contact lists provided by the client.
- Patient Engagement: Explain the purpose of each call, answer basic questions, and keep conversations professional and friendly.
- Follow-Up: Call patients back as needed to complete outreach.
- Call Documentation:
Record call outcomes and patient responses accurately in the client’s system.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of recent experience in outbound calling, cold calling, patient outreach, or call center work.
- Language: Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
- Call Confidence: Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day and staying positive through rejection.
- Organization: Accurate, consistent note-taking and follow-through.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
