Job Details
- Position: Patient Outreach Specialist
- Location: 100% Remote – open to candidates residing in Latin America (expats welcome)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (40 hours/week)
- Compensation: approx. $1,100 USD/month ($6.00 USD/hour), plus commission

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Patient Calls: Call patients using client-provided contact numbers and work through daily call lists.
- Patient Engagement: Hold clear, professional, and friendly conversations that keep patients engaged.
- Follow-Up: Reconnect with patients as needed to complete outreach.
- Call Documentation: Record call outcomes and patient responses accurately
What You Bring
- Professional Background: At least 2 years of recent experience in outbound cold calling or patient outreach.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and accurate call documentation.
- Language & Communication: Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
