- Pay: approx. $1,100 USD/month ($6.00 USD/hour)
- Location: 100% Remote – open to candidates residing in Latin America (expats welcome)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (40 hours/week)
- Start: Immediate

Job Summary

We are hiring a remote Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a US-based residential and commercial property portfolio. You will handle tenant requests, coordinate maintenance and vendors, manage move-ins, move-outs, and turnovers, monitor rent collection, and keep lease and property records up to date in property management software. If you have real estate, property management, leasing, or tenant relations experience and want a full-time remote job, this role is a strong fit.

Resume requirement: Your resume must clearly show (1) experience managing both residential and commercial properties and (2) the property management software you have used. Applications without both will not be considered.

Core Responsibilities

- Tenant Support: Respond to tenant questions, concerns, and service requests.
- Maintenance & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vendors.
- Move-Ins, Move-Outs & Turnover: Manage turnover activities so units are ready on time.
- Rent & Records:



Monitor rent payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and keep tenant, lease, and property records current.
- Lease Documents: Prepare and coordinate lease-related documents and communicate with contractors and vendors.

Requirements

- Experience: At least 2 years of recent property management experience (3+ years preferred).
- Property Types: Experience managing both residential and commercial properties, shown on your resume.
- Software: Experience with property management software (such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or Rent Manager), named on your resume.
- Vendor Coordination: Experience handling maintenance requests and coordinating vendors.
- Language: Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
