Job Description This position is responsible for operating load statuses at every stage of the load process to ensure operations are running smoothly and maintain a 98% pickup and delivery status.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and track active shipments
- Proactively communicate with carriers and drivers
- Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams
- Identify and escalation potential delays or service issues
- Ensure accurate documentation and system update

Requirements
- English level Advance (fluent)
- At least 1 year of experience Tracking loads
- Experience tracking shipments for international loads. (Plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication
Position
- 100% ON SITE (NO HOME OFFICE)
Schedule availability
- Friday to Monday
- Days off: Tuesday to Thursday (3 days off)
- Schedule from 6:30AM -6:30PM
