Hiring one person that can speak, read and write English fluently, with two or more years of work experience as an executive assistant. The job is working from home, remotely, for a businessman with several businesses, located in the United States. You must have a quiet home/work environment where you can focus and won't be distracted from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

You need to have a good and consistent, reliable, internet connection and enjoy working remotely. You'll work together with another assistant to write emails, make and answer telephone calls, do research, put invoices together, create bills, create marketing material and advertising, keep the businessman's schedule. You must be very detail oriented and careful with numbers.

We prefer someone that is good in mathematics, bookkeeping or accounting,



is curious and eager to learn. You must be friendly, good with technology and great with people.

This job is part time: three days per week, eight hours per day.
