About the Role:

We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Referral Coordinators to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate specialty care referrals for patients requiring consultations with external medical providers.
- Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, insurance companies, and specialty offices to facilitate the referral process.
- Ensure referrals are submitted, processed, and followed up on within required timelines.
- Verify referral requirements and help address delays or missing information.
- Track referral status and follow up with specialty offices and insurance companies as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and keep referral records up to date.
- Provide excellent customer service and help create a smooth, supportive patient experience.
- Manage multiple referrals while meeting productivity and turnaround-time expectations.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.
- Medical background required.
- B2 English proficiency or higher.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, medical offices, and insurance representatives.

This Position Is NOT a Good Fit If You:

- Do not have a medical background.
- Lack at least 2 years of call center experience.
- Do not meet the required B2 English proficiency level.
- Struggle with organization, attention to detail, or managing multiple tasks.
- Have difficulty communicating professionally with patients and healthcare providers.
- Are uncomfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
