A U.S.-based wholesale blank apparel company located in Ontario, California. We supply T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and other apparel essentials to screen printers, embroidery shops, promotional product companies, clothing brands, and wholesale distributors throughout the United States.

We are seeking a confident, motivated, and results-oriented Remote Inside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base through outbound calling, lead generation, and customer follow-ups.

This is a sales-focused position, not a general customer service role.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to U.S.-based businesses using cold, warm, and hot lead lists.
- Introduce Cotton-In and our wholesale apparel products to potential customers.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify prospective wholesale customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects and previously contacted leads.
- Encourage qualified businesses to register for wholesale accounts.
- Convert qualified prospects into active customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Reconnect with inactive customers and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate call notes, lead status, and follow-up schedules in Zoho CRM.
- Coordinate with our U.S. sales team regarding pricing requests, samples, and customer inquiries.
- Meet daily calling activity and monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
- Previous experience calling U.S. businesses is highly preferred.
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and professional phone etiquette.




- Confident handling objections and speaking with business owners and purchasing managers.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working during U.S. Pacific business hours.
- Reliable high-speed internet, computer, and quiet workspace.

Preferred but Not Required:

- Experience in B2B wholesale sales.
- Knowledge of the apparel, screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products industry.
- Experience with RingCentral or similar VoIP calling platforms.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
