BULL-IT SOLUTIONS LTD in Mexico City is seeking candidates with 12–18 months of experience in a busy ICT Service Desk. The role focuses on remote support for laptops/desktops, LAN issues, and application support across Small Forms platforms.

Adecuado candidates will have intermediate knowledge of iOS/Android/Windows Small Forms, and experience with diagnostics, server-side fixes, patches, and security Encryptions. Strong VPN and TCP/IP understanding is a plus.
