About the Role
As a bilingual Sales & GTM Recruiter in our Mexico City office, you will partner with our Sales Leadership team to source, recruit and close talented sales professionals to join our world-class organization. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and in hyper-growth - our LATAM presence and Mexico City office is scaling quickly This role is vital to support our aggressive growth plans.
Please note that this role is on-site in our Mexico City office; there is no opportunity to be remote or hybrid.
What You'll Do
• Own the full recruiting cycle from source to close for IC & leadership roles across Sales and some GTM functions.
• Strategically and creatively source passive candidates.
• Partner with our teams to generate candidate referrals.
