? Salary: $85,000 USD gross annually
? Experience: 5+ years

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and technically skilled Business Analyst who can work independently, engage with clients and senior stakeholders, and support high-impact projects. The adecuado candidate will also perform Scrum Master activities, helping the team coordinate and deliver projects effectively.

? Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree and advanced English proficiency are required.
• Proven client-facing experience and strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in capital markets and/or private equity.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, troubleshooting issues,



and providing frontline support.
• Experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities, including managing Agile ceremonies and tracking team activities.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Intermediate SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, window functions, and data transformations.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Cursor and Claude.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and issue management processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and actionable recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.

? Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or C#/.NET.
