Hirably Staffing is hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing U.S. telehealth company delivering mental
healthcare to underserved communities through a network of partner facilities. As Patient Care
Coordinator, you'll be the primary point of contact between partner facilities and behavioral health
providers, making sure patient visits are scheduled promptly, provider calendars run smoothly, and every
request gets a timely response.

COMPENSATION
• Nomina: up to $24,000 MXN (gross)
• Contractor: up to $30,000 MXN (net)
• 12 PTO days
• 15 Christmas bonus
• Accounting support

SCHEDULE
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• Mondays end one hour early (4:00 PM CST)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage the schedules of behavioral health providers: book patient appointments and block time for
meetings, PTO, and other commitments
• Answer incoming calls, handle all scheduling-related calls, and route other calls to the right people
• Check and respond to phone messages regularly




• Record patient information sent by partner facilities and relay it to providers in a timely manner
• Onboard new patients: collect demographics, records, and consent forms; create new patient records
in the EMR; and store medical records
• Respond promptly to partner facility requests, including scheduling needs, prescriptions, and patient
notes
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a clinic, physician's office, or medical setting (patient
scheduling, front desk, or patient coordination)
• Advanced spoken and written English for daily calls and messages with U.S. providers and facilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service skills: calm under pressure, assertive but never combative
• Intermediate computer skills and comfort working across scheduling systems
• Ability to work independently while following policies and procedures
