The Role:

We’re looking for a Software Engineer in Mexico to help build an AI-powered risk intelligence platform. The platform helps enterprises detect and respond to emerging online threats. The team builds software with a spec-driven, AI-assisted workflow: engineers write clear specifications, plans, and acceptance criteria, then direct AI coding agents to implement, test, and refine the code. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role.



You’ll own features end to end and help the team improve how it ships with AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate product requirements into precise specs, technical plans, and task breakdowns that AI coding agents can carry out reliably

• Use AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Kiro) to implement features, then review, test, and refine the code they produce

• Own features end to end across backend services, APIs, and integrations, from spec through to production

• Define acceptance criteria and automated tests up front so AI-generated code is checked against the spec

• Maintain project context files, coding standards, and reusable prompts and templates that keep agent output consistent

• Review AI-generated and human-written code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability

• Improve the team’s spec-driven workflow, tooling, and CI/CD practices, and share what works

• Join daily standups
