BIRGER is recruiting NOC Operators to work in our Network Operations Centre. The role focuses on monitoring and resolving incidents across our technology platforms, ensuring service continuity for stakeholders.
We cover 9 territories in the IOI and East Africa and seek candidates with IT/CC experience, strong English and French communication, and a willingness to learn. You may work in shifts and contribute to incident reports and stakeholder coordination.
