Position: Delivery Manager – T24 Testing

Location: Puebla, Mexico

Work Authorization: Candidates from anywhere in the world can be considered; visa/relocation sponsorship will be provided as applicable.

Role Requirements:

- Strong QA / Quality Assurance background with experience managing testing programs.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Test Manager / QA Manager leading large-scale testing initiatives.
- Strong hands-on or leadership experience with T24 / Temenos Transact testing.
- Experience managing end-to-end testing delivery, including test planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test strategy, test governance, and quality processes.
- Experience coordinating onshore/offshore QA teams and managing delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
- Spanish language proficiency is required.




- Strong English communication skills are preferred.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Puebla, Mexico will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the overall T24 testing delivery and QA lifecycle.
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, schedules, and quality governance.
- Manage QA teams and coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams.
- Track defects, risks, dependencies, milestones, and overall delivery status.
- Work closely with business, technology, and client stakeholders to ensure successful testing and deployment.
- Provide regular status reporting and drive resolution of critical testing issues.
- Ensure testing deliverables meet quality, timeline, and business requirements.
