Role Description This full-time Vendedor role at Momatt Mexico is an on-site position based in Mexico City, Mexico. The Vendedor is responsible for engaging customers in-store, understanding their needs, and providing accurate information about products and services. Daily activities include greeting and advising customers, demonstrating products, processing sales transactions, handling basic customer inquiries, and maintaining an organized, clean sales area. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels on the floor, restocking items, and coordinating with the team to meet individual and store sales targets. The Vendedor is expected to follow company policies, provide respectful and inclusive customer service, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers in a professional and respectful manner.
• Sales-oriented mindset, including basic knowledge of retail sales techniques, upselling, and working toward sales goals.




• Ability to work on-site full time in Mexico City, including flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
• Basic numeracy and point-of-sale (POS) skills to manage cash handling, card payments, and accurate transaction recording.
• Organizational skills to maintain product displays, manage stock on the floor, and support inventory counts.
• Capacity to collaborate within a team, follow instructions, and adapt to changing store priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise.
• Professional appearance and conduct, with a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory service.
• Basic proficiency in Spanish; knowledge of English is an advantage.
