Rio Grande Advisors (RGA) is an investment firm focused on opportunities for qualified investors. We are launching RGA's presence in Mexico and looking for someone to lead it.
The firm specializes in alternative income‑generating strategies that are uncorrelated with public markets, providing diversification and stable income. These strategies are typically asset‑backed, with strong collateral and covenants that offer downside protection. They focus on specialist, harder‑to‑access niches where information asymmetry creates pricing advantages for investors.

Strategic Alliance with Wilshire – Alternative Yield Fund
As part of this specialization, RGA co-developed the Rio Grande Wilshire Alternative Yield Fund in alliance with Wilshire Advisors. The fund offers high-net-worth individuals, family offices,



and institutional investors exposure to alternative yield strategies backed by identifiable cash flows and tangible or legally enforceable collateral. Strategies span music IP royalties, transportation and aviation equipment, AI compute infrastructure, asset-based and NAV-backed lending, farmland, and water entitlements.

Wilshire is an investment advisor and manager to some of the world’s largest institutions and a full-spectrum provider of alternative investment solutions.

The Role
We need someone who can open doors with both distribution partners and potential investors and manage the commercial agenda. This position will be RGA’s commercial spearhead in Mexico, focusing on building partnerships with institutions that can distribute at scale, proactively engaging prospective investors directly, developing relationships with existing investors and raising capital for the investment opportunities managed by
