You will monitor active shipments, communicate with carriers and drivers, and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams while identifying delays and ensuring accurate documentation in the system.
Fluent English, 1 year of load-tracking experience, and strong communication skills are required; 100% on-site with a Friday–Monday
