TCS is looking for a professional for a Windows Administrator

(Candidate must be available to work from Guadalajara, Queretaro, Mexico City or Monterrey office at least 3 day per week)

Job Summary

We are looking for mid to senior candidate with a strong Windows infrastructure and systems administration background.

Key Responsibilities

- Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
- Active Directory administration, including users, groups, permissions, and LDAP
- VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter administration
- Microsoft 365 and Exchange administration
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- DNS and DHCP troubleshooting
- File server, NTFS, and shared-folder permissions
- ServiceNow incident and request management
- Okta / MFA / authentication troubleshooting
- Service account administration
- Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, ports, connectivity, and firewall troubleshooting
- Remote server administration and general infrastructure troubleshooting

Required Skills

- Advanced English communication




- 5+ years of Windows systems/infrastructure administration experience and be comfortable independently troubleshooting issues across Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft 365, and authentication systems.
- ServiceNow, Okta, Citrix, Azure, and enterprise application support experience would also be a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
