Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Tooling Engineer in Tijuana to design, refurbish, and release plastic tooling and injection molds. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Tooling, Manufacturing, and R&D; to support NPI and production optimization, while upholding quality standards and ISO requirements.
You will manage tooling projects, work with suppliers, and contribute to process improvements in a regulated manufacturing environment, ensuring timely delivery and strong documentation.
