?✨ What you will be doing: Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience.
? Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help.
? Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm.
? Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions.
? Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
? Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support.
? Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.
? Requirements Our idóneo candidate: Holds a bachelor's degree.
? Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers.
? Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency.
?✉️ Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background (preferred).
? Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written.
?️✍️ Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills.
? Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
? Permanently resides in Latin America.
? Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, **** or newer) with a stable internet connection.
